 BALANCEDBODY® Classes are semi-private so that DeAnna can work with each person on his/her own personal health and fitness goals, whether they be to improve alignment, rehab an injury, re-pattern movement behavior, or simply cultivate deeper body awareness. Participants range in age from 20 – 75 and are encouraged to work at their own pace. There are usually between 5-7 people in each class; 10 participant maximum – first come, first serve. If you are NEW to the class, drop-in and try it out for only $15! If you would like to reserve a spot in class please email balancedbodytrainers@gmail.com. Please bring your own mat. ABOUT BALANCEDBODY MAT CLASSES
BALANCEDBODY® mat class combines stretching with strengthening and aims to improve cardiovascular stamina, body tone, flexibility, and posture. Hour and a half sessions consist of exercises from Yoga, Pilates, dance training, Martial Arts training, cardio-training and weight training. Combining exercises from these disciplines activates both large and small muscle groups working to tone and slim the body. Muscle fibers are lengthened AS they are strengthened, resulting in a sculpted, defined physique. Participants experience significant improvement in flexibility and range of motion as well as increased stability in the body’s joints. The first hour is focused on conditioning and strength training; the last half hour is dedicated to stretching and meditation. Exercises are devised to be suitable for anyone to accomplish.

ABOUT DEANNA
DeAnna Pellecchia is a professional dancer and an ACE-certified Personal Trainer. She resides on dance faculty at Boston University and teaches body conditioning to pre-professional dancers at Boston Ballet. She has been training clients in the Greater Boston area for over twelve years. DeAnna has helped individuals lose weight (50 plus pounds), better balance, eliminate blood-pressure and cholesterol medication, correct alignment issues and rehabilitate chronic injuries.
