BALANCEDBODY® mat classes combine stretching with strengthening and aim to improve body tone, flexibility, cardiovascular stamina and posture. Hour and a half sessions consist of exercises from Yoga, Pilates, dance training, Martial Arts training, cardio-training and weight training. Combining exercises from these disciplines activates both large and small muscle groups working to tone and slim the body. Muscle fibers are lengthened AS they are strengthened, resulting in a sculpted, defined physique. Participants experience significant improvement in flexibility and range of motion as well as increased stability in the body’s joints. All the exercises are devised to be suitable for anyone to accomplish.

BALANCEDBODY® Classes are semi-private (no more than 10 people) so that DeAnna can work with each person on his/her own personal health and fitness goals, whether they be to improve alignment, rehab an injury, re-pattern movement behavior, or simply cultivate deeper body awareness.  Please bring your own mat.
